You can place an order through our website, Instagram, or contact us via WhatsApp. After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm the details.
How many days in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 3-5 days before your event. Rush orders are available subject to availability.
Do you make custom kits and decor?
Yes, we create custom Partyboxes and decor according to your wishes: color, theme, name, age, inscriptions and design
Is there delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery to Oberhausen and surrounding towns. We also ship orders throughout Germany.
Is it possible to pick up the order in person?
Yes, pickup is possible by prior arrangement.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payment by cash, bank transfer and PayPal.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled no later than 48 hours before the pickup date. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Do you do decor for weddings and large events?
Yes, we design weddings, birthdays, children’s parties, baby showers, gender reveals and other events.
